As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days to the payment method used for the purchase.

It is very important to us that you and your MY SNOWFLAKE Are satisfied with the order. If this is not the case, you can unused articles in their original packaging that do not benefit from the right of withdrawal in accordance with the Terms Of Service excluded*, within 14 days of receipt sent back. The postage costs for the return must be paid by yourself.
*Non-returnable products:

Can products from an online order be returned in stores?
Unfortunately, for logistical reasons, online orders cannot be processed not be returned to our stores. Thank you for your understanding.
