We discovered this color in Yeabridge, Somerset in an 18th century Georgian farmhouse. She was hiding behind the gun locker and was amazingly reminiscent of the lush grass that surrounds the house. Our uncomplicated avocado tone works equally well in ultra-modern settings and old buildings. It just looks stunning with Hague Blue.
The matte, smudge-proof, abrasion-proof, mold and water-resistant Modern Emulsion paint is suitable for walls and ceilings that are subject to heavy loads. Bathrooms, kitchens, hallways and other busy areas can be painted with Modern Emulsion, which has class 1 abrasion resistance. But this color can also be used very well in children's rooms.
