If the pillow is too high, some of the filling can be removed if necessary and refilled later. 

Care instructions: The removable, quilted organic cotton cover can be machine washed at 40 degrees on a gentle cycle at Wash at 40°C at max. 600 rpm. Then allow to air dry. The inner cushion made of natural material is not machine washable.
