Shipping & Delivery

Good to know:

• Fast delivery
  We prepare all items that are in stock for shipping as quickly as possible. Orders with Swiss Post Priority (A-Post) shipping that are received before 13 p.m. on working days are usually processed the same day. Whether a product is in stock or not is indicated on the product page directly below the price ('Availability').
  
  
• Items with different delivery times in one order
  If the order contains items from different warehouses or items with a delivery time, the order will be shipped as soon as it is complete. We do not normally make partial deliveries.
  
  
• Item with delivery time
  The time of receipt of goods for items with a delivery time is shown in the product description and in the shopping cart. These are delivery times from the manufacturers that we have no influence on. If there are any delays, we will inform you accordingly. 

• Change/cancel online orders
  Once you have submitted your order, you can no longer change it online. Whenever possible, we will try to adjust your order. Write us an email at info@mysnowflake.ch. If your order is already in the shipping process, unfortunately we are no longer able to change the order.
  
  
• Pick up in our stores
  Online orders can also be picked up in our stores free of charge. Simply select 'Pick up yourself' as the shipping method in your shopping cart. We will notify you by email when your order is ready for collection.
  
  
• authorized dealer
  Unused, originally packaged items that are not subject to the right of withdrawal according to the Terms Of Serviceexcluded* can be returned within 14 days of receipt at your own expense. 
  
  
• Final Sale
  *Furniture, strollers, child car seats, wallpaper, paints, specially marked products, exhibition pieces and special orders on customer request are excluded from exchange (More information: Right of withdrawal)
  
  
• delivery abroad
  We currently only deliver within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
  
  
  

If you wish, we can deliver your furniture directly to the child’s room!

• transport fee CHF 100.-
  We are happy to organize the transport for you; our long-standing shipping partners will deliver your furniture directly to the child's room in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein for a flat rate of CHF 100! 
  
  
• Free shipping from CHF 2'500.- 
  For furniture orders valued at CHF 2 or more, the transport fee is waived
  
  
• delivery times for furniture
  You can see directly on the product page whether we have your furniture in stock or whether we have to order it with a delivery time ('availability'). If the furniture you want is in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to coordinate delivery. If we do not have your furniture in stock, the approximate time when the goods will be received will be given to you when you place your order.
  
  
• assembly service
  Have your furniture assembled by our assembly specialists when it is delivered. The assembly fee is stated online for each piece of furniture and can be booked directly with your order. Please note: Wall drilling/wall mounting are excluded from the assembly service.
  
  
• Pick up in our warehouse
  Furniture and mattresses can also be picked up free of charge from our warehouse in Zurich Manegg. The option for self-collection is displayed for the respective items directly in the shopping cart. As soon as your furniture is ready for collection, we will contact you to arrange a collection date. It is worth checking the packing dimensions in advance (see product pages) to ensure that everything will fit in the car. We cannot help with loading, so it is better to come in pairs for large pieces of furniture!

• Complete delivery
  If you order accessories and furniture together, we will deliver all products together with the furniture delivery.
