  • 14-day return policy*
    It is very important to us that you and your MY SNOWFLAKE-Order! If this is not the case, Unused, originally packaged items that are not subject to the right of withdrawal according to theTerms Of Serviceare excluded*, within 14 days of receipt subject to payment be sent back. 

    *Final Sale:
    Furniture, strollers, child car seats, wallpaper, paints, specially marked products, display items and special orders upon customer request are excluded from exchange (you can find more information here: Right of withdrawal)

    The return is subject to a fee.

    Please note the following for fast and flawless processing of returns:
  1. Only items in their original, unused condition and with their original packaging can be returned. Please pack the items carefully for shipping.
  2. Enclose the delivery note provided by us with your return so that we can correctly assign your return.
  3. Send the package (fees apply) to the following address:

    Tip: We recommend that you keep the receipt with the tracking number from the post office until we have processed your return and refunded your money.

  • Refund
    Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days to the payment method used when ordering. Please note that the shipping costs of the order are not refundable.
    Note: When purchasing on account, a remaining amount may remain (shipping costs), which must be paid via Powerpay.

  • Paid return shipping
    We are a small company and returns are expensive for us and the environment, which is why we charge for returns. If you are unsure about the size, material, color, etc. of an item, please contact us in advance by email at info@mysnowflake.ch, we will be happy to advise you!
