Returns of online orders
It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your MY SNOWFLAKE order. If this is not the case, you can unused articles in their original packaging that do not benefit from the right of withdrawal in accordance with the Terms Of Service are excluded within 14 days of receipt sent back. Products excluded from exchange
