Pick up in store or warehouse
You are also welcome to pick up your online order directly from us in the store (accessories) or warehouse (children's furniture) free of charge. As soon as your items are ready to be picked up from us, we will send you another email (attention, do not confuse it with the order confirmation email).
Availability / stock items
Items in stock will be shipped as soon as possible. For items that we do not have in stock, we will send you an email with the expected delivery date after you have placed your order.
Mail
Mail We ship up to 30kg, depending on what you would like, via SwissPostPac Economy (7- / 2-4 days delivery time) or
SwissPostPac Priority (9th / 1-2 days delivery time). Bulky goods shipments are excluded from this. Here we charge a shipping cost of CHF 19.-. Incidentally, during the checkout process at the latest, you will be shown whether your favorite item is listed as "bulky goods".
Furniture dispatch
For a flat-rate transport fee of CHF 100, we deliver furniture in Switzerland and Liechtenstein directly to your children's room! From a purchase amount of CHF 2, the flat rate for shipping furniture does not apply.
